My problem was that my Eth was diappeared when I tried to put it on Ledger. I sent it on smart chain and not on eth so I was stupid. The person (Prinjal) was very kind and explaind me the steps I should do to get my Eth seen on Ledger. So it was on. I am very grateful to him!
Don't ask very soon but the problem finally be solved, im happy with ledger !!!
The wallet sucks. I can't be blunter than that. Poor customer service. Will be going elsewhere with my business.

I had several doubts on how to errros and difficulties to transfer tokens, which were resolved very fast and with clear indications.

With the rise in crypto prices their customer service seems backed up. Took a week to respond but once they responded they were very professional and helpful. Resolved my problem.
When I finally receieved a reply from a support team member, the help was informative and close to what I expect from Support. However, I found it extremely frustrating in my initial request for help since I received multiple robot-like responses and urgings to check through FAQs in the Support documentation. Those documents are usually pretty murky and lack examples that make it clear what to do when problems arise. They only cover simple cases that are generally pretty obvious, not problems that have to be solved by really understanding how the Ledger devices and software work. I really have thought seriously about getting rid of Ledger and using another hardware wallet because of the poor initial support responses I always get from Ledger.
I ordered a nano and s from Ledger vice Amazon based on recommendations from reviews I read about security. I spent $160.55 through the Ledger site, and waited for the package to show up. It never did. I contacted DHL and they claimed they delivered the package on 30 Dec. I checked my security camera for footage of the delivery at the time the delivery was scanned. There was no delivery. I filed a claim with DHL and they failed to provide proof of delivery. They only claimed that the truck’s GPS showed it was in my neighborhood. I filed a claim with Ledger asking they get proof of delivery from DHL and they simply restated DHLs claim that the delivery truck‘a GPS was in my area. They also accused me of being dishonest because others in the past were dishonest! Really! Do not trust this company. There’s no real customer support.
